We believe in transparency — all terms are stated clearly
The VIP Rewards Programme is open to all registered fre kredit members aged 18 and above with a verified account. New accounts are automatically placed at the Bronze tier upon registration.
VIP points are calculated based on net wager amount (excluding recycled winnings). Points are credited within 24 hours after each session ends. Points from cancelled or reversed bets will not be counted.
Upgrades happen automatically once VIP points reach the next tier threshold. VIP tiers are reviewed every 3 months — members must maintain at least 60% of their current tier's points threshold to avoid a downgrade.
Cashback is calculated based on your total net wager from the previous day and credited before 10:00 AM Malaysian time daily. Cashback is credited as cash credit and can be withdrawn with no additional wagering requirements.
Monthly rewards for Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members are processed on the 1st of each month. Members must have been active for at least 15 days in the relevant month to qualify for the monthly reward.
Daily withdrawal limits are as specified for each VIP tier. Withdrawals exceeding the daily limit can be made the following day. Diamond members enjoy unlimited withdrawals — with no cap on the daily withdrawal amount.
Fre kredit reserves the right to void VIP points and terminate VIP membership if there is evidence of programme abuse, multiple account creation, or fraudulent activity. Fre kredit's decision is final in all matters relating to the VIP programme.
